At The All Purpose Center, our mission is to empower individuals of all ages to discover and align with their true purpose in life. We are committed to assisting them in unlocking their potential and developing a personalized roadmap to success.
By offering comprehensive programs, resources, and support, we aim to guide individuals through their personal and professional journeys. We believe that everyone possesses unique talents and passions. By uncovering their purpose, they can experience greater fulfillment and make a positive impact on the world.
Our organization strives to foster a supportive and inclusive community, where individuals can explore, grow, and connect with like-minded individuals on similar paths. Through mentoring, workshops, and educational initiatives, we provide the necessary tools and inspiration to navigate the challenges and opportunities that come with self-discovery and personal development.

OUR BOARD MEMBERS
CHAIR: Maria MOCK
Maria Mock is a seasoned business consultant, mentor, and motivational speaker with 17 years of experience working with youth. She founded At The All Purpose Center to help individuals unlock their potential and develop personalized success roadmaps.
Starting in housekeeping at a nursing home, Maria advanced through the health care industry, earning a B.S. in Business Management and Accounting. She founded Hands from Heaven, LLC, an adult day care and home health care service, which she led for nearly a decade.
Despite personal challenges, including the tragic loss of her eldest child, Maria continued to build her business until 2022. Now, she shares her experiences as a motivational speaker, inspiring individuals of all ages.
Her e-book/memoir, The Purpose Behind It All, details her journey and lessons learned. At The All Purpose Center, Maria fosters a supportive community for personal growth, guided by P.U.R.P.O.S.E core values.
Maria’s mission is to share her insights to make the world better, give hope to the youth, and guide those who are lost. Through her book, speaking engagements, and other opportunities, she is determined to fulfill her promise to God and to Herself.
VICE CHAIR: FAY GAMBLE
I am a native of Cleveland Ohio and have worked in the field of education for 26 years. I obtained an Associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood from Cuyahoga Community College in Parma Ohio May of 2005. A Bachelor of Science in Education from Cleveland State University in May of 2017.
I worked for CEOGC Head Start now known as A Step Forward for 11 years. My last placement within the agency was at Carl B. Stokes Head Start Center as an Assistant Site Administrator. From there I worked for Hope Academy West, now known as Westpark Academy for 6 years as a Building Substitute, Reading Teacher and an ISS instructor. After working for the Cleveland School System, I decided to venture out on my own.
I opened A Step Above Childcare LLC in January of 2014 and Xceptional Childcare in June of 2018. I married my husband August of 2022 and moved to Columbus Ohio. I am eager and extremely excited to continue the mission of empowering the youth. Giving them the tools they need to become purpose driven individuals.
Our goal is to guide our youth through our P.U.R.P.O.S.E in turn, they will reciprocate the model and create a sense of empowerment throughout our communities for generations to come
SECRETARY: Keyona M. Smith
Bio Blessings to you! My name is Keyona Smith, a 38 year old entrepreneur born in Columbus, Ohio currently residing in Dallas Texas! I moved to Dallas, Texas in 2012 in search of closeness with God and my own self! I needed to heal many aspects of my life from childhood trauma! I came to Texas with goals to open a salon business where I could be in community with women I could accompany take a deep dive into self healing! I successfully opened a salon suite in 2014 and I have operated my salon suite for the last 10 years servicing women with maintenance of their hair, skin and well being!
Over the years I have discovered a gift in helping others heal and discover aspects of themself that is sometimes hard to see through our own eyes! As the owner and operator of SuiteNique’s Beauty Concierge I encourage women from all backgrounds to know that beauty is their birthright! Not only physical beauty but beauty in every aspect of their lives! Every ounce of bitterness in your life can absolutely be transformed into beauty! Even when you feel you have been lost from yourself for years!
Through my brand I aspire to help women make over their hearts truest desires and help them to walk in Divine purpose by offering services for mind, body, soul and hair care! I help to heal and answer the hearts longing to express its true self with sincere love through the application of different beauty regimens and rituals I have used on my own self to recover from years of abuse and misfortune! I hope to meet you soon and remember, Self-Love is a Pre-requisite to True Life!
TREASURE: SHALANDA REESE
Shalaunda Reese is a seasoned entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio of businesses, including a homecare agency, a bail bond agency, and a point-of-care diagnostic lab. In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, she has been a dedicated foster parent for Summit County Children’s Services Board. With 19 years of experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities, 13 of which were spent managing her own home care agency, Shalaunda has a wealth of knowledge in business management and community service.
As the Treasurer of The All Purpose Center, Shalaunda’s extensive experience in managing multiple businesses and her commitment to community service will be invaluable. Her expertise in financial management and her ability to assist individuals in obtaining certifications as independent or agency providers will greatly benefit our organization, helping us to empower individuals to discover and align with their true purpose in life.
RESOURCE CHAIR: Tecca L. Thompson
Tecca L. Thompson has over 33 years of experience in public service, including significant roles as a Grant Manager and Youth Program Director. She is the founder of Sacred Healing Spaces LLC, where she leads initiatives centered around somatic practices, breathwork, and collective care.
Tecca’s work is rooted in trauma-informed principles, with a focus on supporting women and girls, particularly in underserved communities. Her deep commitment to healing justice guides her service and contributions to the community
YOUTH COMMITTEE CHAIR: Ramaya Mock
Ramaya Mock is a 20-year-old graduate of Gahanna Lincoln High School in Columbus, Ohio, she is currently in her third year at The Ohio State University, majoring in Psychology. Ramaya is deeply passionate about working with youth and has gained hands-on experience as an assistant teacher in the daycare field.
In addition to her academic pursuits, she enjoys spending time with her 20 nieces and nephews and has dedicated the past two years to volunteering and mentoring with several youth organizations.
