Maria Mock is a seasoned business consultant, mentor, and motivational speaker with 17 years of experience working with youth. She founded At The All Purpose Center to help individuals unlock their potential and develop personalized success roadmaps.

Starting in housekeeping at a nursing home, Maria advanced through the health care industry, earning a B.S. in Business Management and Accounting. She founded Hands from Heaven, LLC, an adult day care and home health care service, which she led for nearly a decade.

Despite personal challenges, including the tragic loss of her eldest child, Maria continued to build her business until 2022. Now, she shares her experiences as a motivational speaker, inspiring individuals of all ages.

Her e-book/memoir, The Purpose Behind It All, details her journey and lessons learned. At The All Purpose Center, Maria fosters a supportive community for personal growth, guided by P.U.R.P.O.S.E core values.

Maria’s mission is to share her insights to make the world better, give hope to the youth, and guide those who are lost. Through her book, speaking engagements, and other opportunities, she is determined to fulfill her promise to God and to Herself.

Sheila “Shahidah” Alexander is a multimedia professional, radio host, and community advocate with over 20 years of combined experience in media, legal advocacy, and business. As CEO of Accentuate Lyfe, Smartbooks Accounting, and founder of Dutch Fest, she uplifts underserved voices through culture, creativity, and conversation. Known as “The Radio Goddess,” she uses her platforms to spark dialogue, celebrate independent artists, and drive social change.

Erica Pace is the owner and Event Manager of Smiles Cuisine LLC, where she has led menu development, staff supervision, and client-centered service since 2018. With over 20 years of combined experience in culinary arts, banking, customer service, and management, she brings strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to her role. A Columbus State Culinary Arts graduate and ServeSafe Manager (2024), Erica is passionate about nourishing communities through excellence, creativity, and care.

Jayvaun Lane serves as a Youth Leader with The All Purpose Center, bringing discipline, resilience, and purpose into every space he enters. As a dedicated foreman and former college athlete at Otterbein University, Jayvaun developed a strong work ethic, leadership mindset, and commitment to excellence both on and off the field—qualities that continue to guide his work today.

Over the past several years, working with youth has become more than just a role — it is a true passion. Jayvaun takes pride in mentoring, guiding, and inspiring the next generation to believe in themselves, build confidence, and strive for greatness. He is grateful to be part of The All Purpose Center family, where he has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and help change lives every single day.

Outside of his professional and community work, Jayvaun is a devoted son, brother, and uncle who values faith, family, and spending quality time with the people who matter most.

Jodi Barchetti is a program developer, entrepreneur, community leader, and youth advocate with experience in program management, family coaching, financial education, career exploration, community engagement, and youth development. Her work centers on creating opportunities that help individuals recognize their strengths, build practical skills, expand their resources, and turn their goals into actionable plans.

As the owner of JodiKakes Consulting & Management Services, Jodi works with businesses, nonprofit organizations, entrepreneurs, artists, and community initiatives through program development, strategic planning, workshops, and event coordination. Her community work has included youth empowerment, arts and cultural programming, financial literacy, agriculture and STEM education, and family-centered initiatives.

As Director of Programming for The All Purpose Center, Jodi brings her passion for developing meaningful, engaging programs that expose youth to new possibilities while providing the skills, resources, relationships, and experiences they need to discover their purpose and build successful futures.

Lyneque Mills is a purpose driven entrepreneur, tax strategist, certified life coach, nonprofit founder, and community advocate committed to helping individuals and families achieve greater stability, confidence, and long-term success.

As Treasurer of The All-Purpose Center, she brings experience in financial services, tax strategy, business development, nonprofit leadership, budgeting, compliance, and fiscal stewardship. She is also the Founder and President of Driven With Purpose Foundation and owner of JBU Services & More LLC. As a certified life coach, Lyneque uses coaching, mentorship, accountability, and purpose centered development to help individuals identify goals, overcome barriers, and move forward with intention.

Her service with APC reflects her passion for purpose, financial empowerment, personal development, responsible stewardship, and strengthening communities through sustainable opportunities.

Tejashree Fort is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology while working as a leasing professional, an Administrative Assistant with The All Purpose Center, and a community volunteer. She brings experience in caregiving, customer service, administration, outreach, organization, and relationship building. Known for her warm personality and ability to connect with people, Tejashree enjoys creating welcoming spaces and helping others feel supported and encouraged.

Her connection to service and community is deeply personal. Tejashree underwent her first brain surgery at age 12 and has continued navigating medical care throughout her adolescence and young adulthood, including three brain surgeries and brain radiation in 2025. Now at 24, those experiences continue to shape her perspective and deepen her commitment to supporting others. . During those years, NC4K was one of the nonprofit organizations that supported her family, giving her firsthand understanding of how meaningful community support can be during difficult seasons.

Her experiences also influenced her decision to study Psychology. She wanted to better understand herself, other people, and the world around her, while learning more about mental and emotional wellness, behavior, and the challenges people face at different stages of life.

Tejashree was introduced to The All Purpose Center as an opportunity to support youth and become more involved in nonprofit work. APC quickly became a meaningful part of her life and gave her another way to turn her experiences into service. Her passion extends beyond youth alone. She cares deeply about supporting individuals and families who may be navigating difficult life circumstances, helping people feel less alone, and connecting them with encouragement, resources, and opportunities to grow.

As Secretary, Tejashree looks forward to bringing her organizational skills, compassion, lived experience, and commitment to service to the Board while helping APC continue expanding its impact throughout the community.

Kesha “Kay” Wofford is a caregiver, community advocate, and founder of CaringXperience, a nonprofit organization committed to mental-health awareness, suicide prevention, caregiver support, and community wellness. She is also the owner and administrator of DeVotions HomeCare, where she provides compassionate, non-medical support to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families in need.

With more than 20 years of caregiving experience, Kay brings both professional knowledge and personal understanding to her work. As a suicide-loss survivor, she transformed her grief into purpose by creating Step Up for Life, an initiative that brings communities together through education, healing, outreach, and meaningful conversations about mental health.

Kay is a trained QPR Gatekeeper and WISE facilitator who is passionate about helping people feel seen, supported, and connected to resources. Whether she is supporting caregivers, working with seniors and youth, feeding individuals experiencing homelessness, or creating safe spaces for difficult conversations, Kay leads with compassion, service, and lived experience.
